Standards of Conduct Committee – No Objection Statement
Does the SBA’s Standards of Conduct Committee (SCC) require a written statement of no objection from the pertinent Department or military service before providing SBA Assistance?
No. The SCC has determined that a written statement of no objection is not required from another Government Department or Agency when one applies for PPP loans.
