Will non-bank lenders who apply for PPP Lending automatically be enrolled if they meet all applicable criteria?
No. Non-bank lenders are encouraged to submit SBA Form 3507 and the relevant documents to NFRLApplicationForPPP@sba.gov. Submission of this form does not result in automatic enrollment in the PPP. The Small Business Administration and the Treasury Department will evaluate each application to determine whether or not the applicant qualifies.
